Chef Christophe Michalak is a French Maître Pâtissier (Pastry Chef), author and television presenter. He started his journey to become a Pastry Chef at the age of 15, traveled the world to learn his craft and has worked at many prestigious restaurants and pâtisseries across the globe including Hotel Negresco, Fauchon, Kobe (Japan), Pierre Hermé, Ladurée, and at the three-Michelin starred Plaza Athenaeum in Paris with Chef Alain Ducasse. He is the 2013 recipient of the Pastry Chef of the Year award.
